Driving Lessons in an Automatic Car!

At Drive Lincs, run by Kev Lynes – a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor with over 20 years of driver training experience. I specialise in automatic car driving lessons. My mission is to develop safe, responsible drivers who can think independently and make good decisions on the road.

I work with learners to build confidence, road awareness, and real-world driving skills – not just to pass the driving test, but to prepare for a lifetime of safe driving. If you’re simply looking for the quickest route to a passing the test, Drive Lincs may not be the right fit for you. However, if you want to become a capable, responsible driver who can handle the challenges of the road with confidence, you’re in the right place.

Get Started

20 Years Of Experience in Driver Training

I started out my driver training career on London buses! I was a classroom based trainer and assessor before I become an instructor out on the road.

I’m proud that I’ve passed many driving tests and assessments in my career, including car (of course!), bus and lorries. I have also been lucky enough to have passed advanced driving tests and have several driving and teaching related qualifications.

My Mission

At Drive Lincs, I believe learning to drive is more than just passing a test – it’s about becoming a safe, responsible, and confident driver for life. Our approach goes beyond the basics, focusing on developing real-world driving skills, sound decision-making, and hazard awareness to ensure you’re fully prepared for the challenges of the road.

I tailor training to suit each learner’s individual needs, helping you build confidence, overcome anxieties, and develop the independence needed to drive safely in any situation. Whether you’re a new learner, a nervous driver, or someone looking to refresh your skills, my goal is to support you in becoming the best driver you can be—not just for your test, but for the road ahead.

My Vision

We strive for a future where our roads are among the safest in the world, and that starts with every driver we train. Driving isn’t just about passing a test or getting from A to B—it’s about developing the skills, awareness, and responsibility to navigate the roads safely and confidently for life.

Our vision is to create drivers who don’t just control a car but truly connect with it—where driving becomes second nature, and safety is instinctive. With too many lives lost or impacted by road accidents each year, we are committed to making a difference. By shaping skilled, responsible, and mindful drivers, we aim to improve road safety, one learner at a time.
